1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 The International Beauty Fashion Association (IBFA) (hereinafter referred to as IBFA) is a voluntary, non-profit, public association, united by the interests of beauty professionals, fashion designers, stylists, makeup artists, hairdressers, photographers, and all related specialists. IBFA operates based on membership, collective goals, and freedom of creative expression.

1.2 IBFA operates within the territory of INTERNATIONAL WORLD and holds the organizational and legal status of a public organization.

1.3 IBFA’s operations are guided by the principles of voluntarism, equality of members, autonomy, legality, elective governance, and regular accountability of the governing bodies to its members.

1.4 IBFA adheres to the USA laws as well as internal regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards and practices.

1.5 IBFA is a public organization whose activities and founding documents are accessible to all members and the public.

2. OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES

2.1 The primary objectives of IBFA are to unite professionals in the beauty and fashion industries to:
• Foster the development and recognition of contemporary beauty and fashion trends.
• Promote the preservation of cultural heritage in fashion and beauty.
• Support artists and professionals in achieving legal, organizational, and social guarantees for creative activities.
• Assist in the protection and promotion of creative rights and intellectual property of members.

2.2 To achieve these goals, IBFA:
• Organizes and supports beauty and fashion events, exhibitions, contests, and festivals.
• Offers professional development opportunities for its members.
• Encourages collaboration between beauty and fashion professionals globally.
• Publishes industry-specific media and promotes the education of the public in beauty and fashion.
• Provides technical and financial assistance to its members for the advancement of their careers.

3. LEGAL STATUS AND OBLIGATIONS

3.1 IBFA is a legal entity from the moment of registration, with its own financial accounts, seals, and property. It has the right to enter into legal agreements and conduct business in accordance with the law to achieve its statutory goals.

3.2 IBFA may establish local branches, create partnerships, and carry out entrepreneurial activities necessary to achieve its objectives. Revenue generated from business activities must be reinvested into the association’s goals and not distributed among its members.

3.3 IBFA must:
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Publish annual reports on the use of its resources.
• Submit reports and documents to the relevant governmental bodies as required by law.

4. MEMBERSHIP RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

4.1 Membership is open to individuals and legal entities in the beauty and fashion industries, including but not limited to makeup artists, hairstylists, fashion designers, and photographers who support the goals and objectives of IBFA.

4.2 To become a member, applicants must submit a written application with supporting documentation, such as professional credentials, references, and evidence of achievements in the beauty and fashion industry.

4.3 Members have the right to:
• Participate in IBFA’s events, conferences, and workshops.
• Elect and be elected to IBFA’s governing bodies.
• Access resources, tools, and materials provided by IBFA.
• Receive legal and professional support for their work in beauty and fashion.

4.4 Members must:
• Follow the association’s statute and decisions made by the governing bodies.
• Pay membership fees and contribute to the association’s goals.
• Respect the intellectual property and business ethics upheld by IBFA.

4.5 A member may be expelled for:
• Non-payment of membership fees.
• Violation of IBFA’s code of ethics or damaging its reputation.
• Actions that contradict the mission and objectives of IBFA.

5. GOVERNING BODIES

5.1 IBFA’s management is carried out by elected bodies, including a Presidium, Executive Board, and Audit Committee.

5.2 The Presidium is responsible for the overall direction and strategic planning of IBFA. It is elected from among the most experienced and recognized professionals in the beauty and fashion industries.

5.3 The Executive Board handles day-to-day operations and ensures the implementation of IBFA’s initiatives and activities.

5.4 The Audit Committee oversees financial operations and ensures transparency and compliance with IBFA’s financial and operational policies.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS

6.1 Amendments and additions to this Statute can be made by the General Assembly of Members, based on a majority vote.

6.2 This Statute comes into effect upon approval by the General Assembly and is binding on all members of IBFA.

6.3 IBFA’s operations and activities must align with both national and international regulations relevant to the beauty and fashion industries.

7. LEGAL STATUS AND RIGHTS PROTECTION

7.1 The International Beauty Fashion Association (IBFA) is established under the laws of the United States of America and operates in accordance with all applicable U.S. laws. The Association ensures the protection of the rights of its members based on U.S. law, including intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, and other legislative acts that protect the interests of professionals in the beauty and fashion industries.

7.2 All actions and activities of IBFA are in compliance with U.S. law, including mandatory requirements for organization, registration, accounting, taxation, as well as the protection of the rights of its members in the beauty and fashion industry.

7.3 IBFA is committed to providing legal protection to its members in cases of rights violations, including intellectual property rights and other professional rights, in accordance with U.S. laws.
